Massachusetts: Ousted Lowell City Councilor sues recall backers for defamation
Lowell City Councilor Pam Bryant, who lost a recall in December with 55% against her, has filed a suit claiming that the recall backers defamed her (the recall leaders have in turn filed an anti-SLAPP lawsuit to kick the case out.
