Petitions are being handed in against Lancaster selectmen Jean Syria and Susan Smiley, with petitioners claiming to have over 200 (with 131 verified) and shooting for 250. The petition calls for a Special Town Meeting, which is followed by a 100 signature petition for the recall.
The issue is vote against renewing the town Administrators contract.
