Texas: La Marque fills recently recalled Mayor Slot

La Marque, Texas elected a new mayor, with 72% of the vote, to fill in the last 10 months of recalled Mayor Geraldine Sam's term. Sam ran for the office (as is allowed under Texas law) but received only 461 votes.
